• Responsible for the legal affairs in Europe, Russia & CIS, the Nordics, APAC, China, Africa and key accounts (i.e. Vodafone and France Telekom)
• Managing the legal aspects of the commercial activities including: drafting and negotiating commercial agreements of various types and leading complex negotiations
• Providing legal consultation required daily by various position holders in the company

Business Manager – International Finance and Trade Sector

• Managing international finance transactions, including financial agreements and negotiations 
• Establishing cooperation with financial institutions in local and international markets
• Building unique proposals to potential customers in accordance with their financial needs
• Managing the insurance companies’, in Israel and worldwide, aspects relating to the international transactions
