I grew up across Europe in a diplomatic family, learning early how to listen, adapt, and appreciate diverse perspectives. This upbringing shaped my curiosity, cultural sensitivity, and ability to connect across boundaries- qualities that define my leadership today.
After serving in the IDF Spokesperson’s Unit, I earned a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, drawn to the mix of analytical thinking, structured execution, and the challenge of making things work better.
During my studies, I worked at HP Indigo, analyzing data and providing insights to the Business Intelligence team.
Early in my career, I advanced through several consulting firms.
At Orantech (now Abra), I was PMO on complex technology projects for Mizrahi Bank’s information systems division, gaining hands-on experience in digital transformation. At Blackblot, a product management consultancy known for its high standards, I served as Director of Marketing. These experiences helped me find my sweet spot: the intersection of strategy, marketing, processes, systems, and leadership.
Today, as Vice President of Marketing and a close partner to the CEO, I lead across multiple disciplines- marketing, business applications, corporate responsibility, and data analysis- helping steer the company toward growth, digital transformation, and alignment. I manage a dedicated team of MarCom and MarTech professionals, oversee Sales Operations, and collaborate with subcontractor partners and subsidiary teams worldwide. Our “Glocal” approach- blending global strategy with local execution- has shaped our market presence across diverse regions.
Over the years, I’ve managed marketing budgets of up to $2 million annually. What drives me most is turning vision into action- through clarity, collaboration, and momentum.
