My Career story

Even in my youth I loved being surrounded by people and to this day I believe that the success of any organization and as CEO lies in the ability to leave a mark. I connect with people who dare, who are not governed by fear and who think big putting the target in front of them. I am a great believer in teamwork, in giving room for expression and breaking misconceptions. I have vast experience in leading people towards a certain target by providing a personal example.

find myself getting excited over and over again by influencing and making big changes. The magic happens when you take action and reach revolutionary achievements. My key asset is the winning combination between allegedly two opposing abilities. On the one hand striving for excellence by setting high goals and on the other, containment, listening and accessibility. In addition, autodidactic abilities up to the point of transitioning from field to field thoroughly. I do not compromise on professionalism, thoroughness and optimism. One of the phrases that always goes with me is that there is no such thing as axioms. I am looking to integrate into a company that achieves great and revolutionary things and thinks outside the box.

  • Management of the business unit (P&L) of Tesla Motors in Israel at an annual revenue scope of hundreds of millions and about 105 employees
  • Leading the branding of Tesla in Israel to a 13% growth in sales and handoffs in the year 2023
  • Characterizing the local market and adapting the sales to the strategy, policy and international procedures (Online vehicles sales, cost-effective Test Drives events and visibility expansion).
  • Examining ways to making the innovative vehicles accessible to potential clients in a competitive market (value proposition, cost of ownership, pricing) in a strict regulatory requirements (laws and regulation amendments as mobile technicians and EV stickers)
  • Overall responsibility on the management of sales, handoff and service processes, and comprehensive management of targets
  • Management and building a budget, building annual work plans, revenue cash flow management, expense management and engagements with suppliers
