Besides being a great family man and a cyclist, I am an expert on
leading teams and operations to create new market realities.
My professional life is usually about either transforming businesses
into more profitable or successful ones or creating new business
and driving market penetration.
I love the art of people relationship, especially when it comes to
discovering and raising talent, and driving this talent to success.
With the wonderful teams I have worked with, we have crafted and
executed new Go To Market plans for different lines of businesses
and countries in the Software business, we unleashed the potential
of many team members, and we delivered the right KPI’s that
delivered success.
I have faced competition from all the Software leaders on this
industry, and together with my team, we created the right partners
ecosystem to turn situations around: my Oracle and NetSuite
practices became the #1 ERP SaaS vendor in Israel at all
segments, well above SAP !
My commitment to customer success is second to none. At the

Creating the Go To Market for each country, including KPI’s, team
structures and supporting functions.
Responsible for running the relationship with the partners
ecosystem, including Global and Local partners.
Responsibility for Demand Generation and Marketing plans and
execution.
