As an executive leader and an 8200 alumnus, I have expertise in all product and
platform development phases, having served as a senior member of R&D
organizations. I am an innovative professional who can create and implement strategic
plans, processes, and initiatives that enhance operational objectives and boost
efficiency. My track record shows my commitment to overall product reliability, as I
have consistently led teams through software development, ensuring top quality at
every step.

Work Experience

2023 - 2024
Senior Director, Platform & Reliability, Etoro Ltd
  • Oversaw Production and IT/Cloud Operations, SRE, and FinOps, ensuring
    robust and efficient platform infrastructure.
  •  Prioritized platform reliability and exceptional user experience within the
    Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) domain.
  •  Improved developer experience by forming a dev-ex infra team focused
    on AI-driven tools, resolving bottlenecks, fostering agility, and
    implementing KPI-driven DevOps practices, resulting in a 30% increase
    in R&D productivity.
  •  Implemented Management. Developed protocols, change management
    processes, and standards for production management, including incident
    management strategy and escalation protocols.
  •  Established a new massive offshore operations center, migrating it from
    Israel to a remote location. This included managing the budget, recruiting,
    and handling purchase processes with local vendors.
  •  Established Comprehensive Observability and Monitoring Strategy.
    Implemented a 360-degree self-service observability platform for R&D

    stability and MTTR.
  •  Initiated the groundwork for SRE within the organization, combining this
    strategy with the development life cycle to ensure comprehensive
    oversight of development and production reliability at early stages.
  • Managed directly 3 senior managers and provided overall leadership to
    100 engineers and mid-level management.
2017 - 2018
Automation Development Group Manager
  • Led eight engineers on three cross-functional development teams while initiating various automation
    and quality assurance projects: delivered and integrated automation coding and CI standards.
  •  Reduced testing time by 50% by actively developing the core back-end infrastructure for automation.
  •  Developed and managed beta testing programs for a new Blockchain product, achieving Key
    Performance Indicators (KPI) before market launch.
  •  Developed testing processes for both regular and epic user stories, based on Product Requirement
    Documents (PRDs) and business-driven metrics.
