Monitor and track the progress of the CEO’s goals, projects, tasks, and deadlines.
Prepare and distribute presentations, meeting minutes, agendas, and meeting packages, including
board meetings, all-hands, executive meetings, offsites, etc.
Organize and coordinate workflow through email management, and manage incoming and outgoing
correspondence of the CEO.
Manage the CEO’s schedule- prioritize inquiries to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day
engagements.
Research, analyze, and compile data to assist in decision-making
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications with the CEO, including highly confidential and critical matters.
Work closely with all departments to align on the company’s agenda and execute it to achieve company objectives.
Follow through on projects to successful completion, often under time constraints.
Provide ad-hoc support as required.
