Leading a cross-functional department, consisting of 3 global groups, with over
40 employees. Owns and leads the company’s roadmap projects, strategic
enterprise programs, post-merger integrations and corporate processes,
including:

  • Direct management of Product Delivery Execution Group
  • Direct management of cross-functional Strategic Programs Group
  • Direct management of B2B Operational Excellence Group
  • Annual company’s Planning and Budgeting process
  • Annual company’s OKRs design, implementation and governance processes
2017 - 2021
Associate Vice President, Head of Global Body Aesthetics Business Unit; Head of Global Marketing (Aesthetics), Lumenis, Yokneam, Israel

Full ownership of the ‘Body’ Aesthetic BU’s inbound and outbound product and
marketing strategy as well as execution. In parallel, end-to-end ownership of
Lumenis Aesthetics’ overall corporate marketing strategy, brand, budget and
campaigns:

  • Launch of new product lines, penetrating ‘body’ aesthetic market (both
    product development and M&A)
  • Direct management of product and clinical teams
  • Leading related segmentation strategy, sales-driven campaigns, clinical added value, customer development, and partnering with industry- reputable Key Opinion Leaders worldwide
  • Significant direct contribution to company’s P&L, establishing and developing a high-margin product line from scratch
  • Leading the aesthetics brand enhancement & evolution (B2B & B2C), launching the Lumenis aesthetics digital transformation, including social media strategy, work plan and execution
