I aspire to continue leading real change in the systems and organizations where I operate – change based on integrity, resilience, and positive energy. My vision is to bring people together around shared goals, drive a culture of collaboration, and create sustained value for the organization and society. I see myself as a leader who brings a combination of deep technological knowledge with the human ability to connect, mobilize, and empower others. In my view, success is measured not only by business or technological results, but also by creating a culture based on trust, mutual respect, and camaraderie. Ultimately, my vision is to leave a mark – to ensure that wherever I operate, a better, stronger, and more meaningful reality is created than what existed before.
For as long as I can remember, I wanted to be a manager. I started my journey in the technology world, where I worked on complex projects, and I always brought my personality with me – a combination of strength with something innocent and gentle that allows me to connect people. I am a serial learner, with a strong desire to grow, and during my service in the Air Force, I was exposed to the world of missile defense and fell in love with it. Over nearly three decades in the defense and technology sectors, I have accumulated experience managing people and large-scale systems, building partnerships, including international ones, and working in advanced fields such as artificial intelligence, C4ISR systems, and technological innovation – alongside P&L management. And still, even after all these years, I get excited by successes both small and large, as if it were the first time. I believe that fellowship, belief in purpose, and integrity are the forces that enable true success. The child within me – the one who gets excited, believes, and connects people – is the force that drives me. Integrity is my motto: to be fair and transparent, even in a competitive business world, while understanding that criticism is necessary, but without compromising the values that guide me and the ability to create real change.
