My Career story

My First success was in the the Aviation Security.

A sentence that is leading me over the years is “Today’s compromise is the new norm for tomorrow”.

I do not compromise on my professionalism and the trust I demand from my team.

I believe that knowledge is power, and excel at making decisions under pressure. At the beginning of my journey as a team leader, I realized that I had a strong need to teach and shape teams.

As part of my work, I had the opportunity to establish a team of workers in the Philippines, while instructing, studying and building work processes.

I feel that managing employees is my comfort zone, and I have proven success in managing international employees in multi cultural environments.

At the same time, I feel comfortable in a changing environment that requires constant decision making.

Thanks to my human relations, together with my managerial experience, I had the opportunity to learn a new field, and manage employees in Israel and abroad.

In the last year I was working as a manager of operation team in Israel and abroad.

What drives me?

Again and again I find satisfaction when there is meaning, interest, and contribution to another

What do people say about me?

“What would my manager say about me?”

First and foremost, Shai is kind, honest, and reliable. I knew that if I asked him to take something, he would not only make it happen, but would be on top of things and this provided me, his colleagues and his reports peace of mind. Additionally, Shai always knew how to zoom out, and approach tasks and challenges from a ‘big-picture’ perspective, which was very helpful in trying to get to the root of the challenge, and its optimal solution.
