My First success was in the the Aviation Security.
A sentence that is leading me over the years is “Today’s compromise is the new norm for tomorrow”.
I do not compromise on my professionalism and the trust I demand from my team.
I believe that knowledge is power, and excel at making decisions under pressure. At the beginning of my journey as a team leader, I realized that I had a strong need to teach and shape teams.
As part of my work, I had the opportunity to establish a team of workers in the Philippines, while instructing, studying and building work processes.
I feel that managing employees is my comfort zone, and I have proven success in managing international employees in multi cultural environments.
At the same time, I feel comfortable in a changing environment that requires constant decision making.
Thanks to my human relations, together with my managerial experience, I had the opportunity to learn a new field, and manage employees in Israel and abroad.
