My Career story

My career journey stems from my natural curiosity, always asking questions, learning, and growing. I started my path by managing frameworks for people with special needs and overseeing diverse educational systems. I worked in organizational consulting and business management until I realized there was a huge need for scientific and structured methods to add to my toolset. Since then, I have focused on data research and managing cross-company processes.

My success lies in my ability to create data structures for generating intelligent reports for both internal and external clients. I have the capability to understand processes and integrate them across all systems. I manage the customer journey from the moment they purchase a product to the renewal of their agreement.

Today, the data I provide, which serves as the basis for decision-making, is 95% accurate, and customer satisfaction with the service stands at 98%. This represents an incredible improvement
