My Career story

Since a very early age, I have been curious about how things work, asking many whys, hows and solving puzzles. I grew up in 4 different countries, not only learning various languages and cultures but becoming a very flexible and easy-going person. My dream was to help people and businesses by combining technology and emotional intelligence. After I graduated from high school, it was clear to everyone that I would become an engineer. My career started in Business Applications, managing ERP and CRM projects, MIS teams and finally the entire business application group. 10 years ago, I fell in love with the business action! I started as a presale and quickly moved up the ladder to managing presales and CSM teams, and later on, sales teams.

DIR. CUSTOMER SUCCESS - SUPPORT AND ONBOARDING, Global SW Company
  • Responsible for Global support, managing an offshore team of 10
    employees
  • Responsible for Onboarding new customers, rebuilding the
    Onboarding team and processes
  • Responsible for EMEA Customers Renewal, Retention and Growth
2019 - 2021
HEAD OF SALES & PRESALES - EMEA, Panaya
  • Responsible for EMEA new revenue, reporting to CRO
  • Managing a team of 6 sales directors and 4 presales covering
    both field and inside sales
  • Managing Partners Business in the region
  • Introducing new processes and implementing new ideas to
    improve EMEA’s results
  • Working closely with Product, Marketing, R&D, ELT and CS

    managed in Oracle eBS (ERP)
  • Managing a group of 20 people with 4 team leaders
  • Managing the business applications support team
  • The role included: managing requests from the business, working
    with senior management on roadmap and priorities, managing
    projects such as rollouts of acquired companies
  • Member of the MIS management team

  • I implemented Salesforce.com on my own, for 40 users globally
