I bring a unique combination of business skills, IT skills and managerial skills with more than 12 years’ experience in business applications roles and 10 years’ experience in customer facing business roles, such as: Head of Sales, Director Customer Success and Presales in global Software companies and IT Applications Manager in global multi-cultural companies. I am fluent in 4 languages.
Through a “lead by example” and employee empowerment approach, I lead my team to excellence. I excel in building trust and partnership with both my colleagues and my customers. I am passionate about problem solving through creative yet simple ideas, thinking out of the box.
More than everything, I am passionate about guiding people learn and grow from challenges. I am at my best when I have a positive impact on my team, my customers and the company I work for.
My Career story
Since a very early age, I have been curious about how things work, asking many whys, hows and solving puzzles. I grew up in 4 different countries, not only learning various languages and cultures but becoming a very flexible and easy-going person. My dream was to help people and businesses by combining technology and emotional intelligence. After I graduated from high school, it was clear to everyone that I would become an engineer. My career started in Business Applications, managing ERP and CRM projects, MIS teams and finally the entire business application group. 10 years ago, I fell in love with the business action! I started as a presale and quickly moved up the ladder to managing presales and CSM teams, and later on, sales teams.
Work Experience
- Responsible for Global support, managing an offshore team of 10
employees - Responsible for Onboarding new customers, rebuilding the
Onboarding team and processes - Responsible for EMEA Customers Renewal, Retention and Growth
- Responsible for EMEA new revenue, reporting to CRO
- Managing a team of 6 sales directors and 4 presales covering
both field and inside sales - Managing Partners Business in the region
- Introducing new processes and implementing new ideas to
improve EMEA’s results - Working closely with Product, Marketing, R&D, ELT and CS
- Started as a presale and moved to managerial positions in
presales and customer success - Worked both with inside sales and field sales
- Managed Customer success and Presale teams in Israel and in
Europe - Delivered demos and POCs to customer all over Europe
- Managing a team of 5-10 people
- Responsible for achieving business targets, both on new revenue
and revenue retention - Working closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, R&D, ELT
- Managing the implementation of Microsoft AX and Microsoft
CRM Dynamix to more than 100 users, leading all the project
activities - Responsible for the project budget and successful go-live
- Managing external and internal resources
- Responsible for on-going maintenance of the ERP and CRM
systems after go-live
- Responsible for finance, logistics, Sales and HR applications,
managed in Oracle eBS (ERP) - Managing a group of 20 people with 4 team leaders
- Managing the business applications support team
- The role included: managing requests from the business, working
with senior management on roadmap and priorities, managing
projects such as rollouts of acquired companies - Member of the MIS management team
- Responsible for all business applications within the company
- I implemented Salesforce.com on my own, for 40 users globally
- Responsible for implementing Oracle CRM globally
- Responsible for all ERP reports and BI – working closely with
senior management
