Work Experience

2018 onwards (2018 also as OD Director)
Director, HRBP for GTM units – Kornit Digital

HR Business Partner to Global Business, Marketing & Product Strategy and Corp Dev units (150 employees worldwide).

• Leading my units to higher engagement levels and low attrition rate with structured HR plans and routines and quick wins teams.

• Support scale up – quick talent acquisition, processes improvement, great onboarding, and candidate experience processes.

• Establishment, concept design and implementation of Kornit DNA – Values, heading a global team.

• Gender Diversity Leader – heading a cross company team and process to ensure a more inclusive work environment and female representation in leadership positions.

• Crisis Management – during COVID first and second outburst – initiation of 3 solution-teams to support business recovery and employee engagement (an HR excellence award winning project for 2020).

2014 - 2018
Director, Global OD and Learning– Delta Galil Industries

• Designing and implementing leadership development programs and 1 on 1 consultation for senior executives, mid-level managers and entry-level managers. (The executive development program won the excellence award of the Israeli HR Association in 2017).

•  Post-Merger Integration – Handling HR aspects of 7 for all mankind acquisition (8 countries) – Award winning project by the Israeli HR Association in 2017.

• Establishment, concept design and implementation of Delta campus of learning.

• Setting an infrastructure to a global job architecture \ organizational mapping system.

• Establishing a new performance management process and system, employee engagement surveys

• Change management – supporting employee transition to new offices (An award- winning project by the Israeli HR Association 2016)

2012-2014
Manager, Global OD and Training – Playtech

• Establishing from scaratch the learning and OD unit – Designing and implementing leadership development programs, professional training programs, performance management processes.

• Post-Merger Integration – work closely with global network of HR leaders of companies Playtech acquired, to ensure smooth business transitions.
